HOW TO ORDER + TERMS AND CONDITIONS

How to Order

1. Email shopthecitylifestylist@gmail.com with the following information:

·        Full name
·        Mobile number(s) and landline (if any)
·        Address
·        Name(s) of the item(s) you wish to purchase
·        Indicate if you would like to have the item(s) shipped via LBC or if you prefer to set a meet-up
(Meet-ups can be arranged on Saturdays, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., and Sundays, 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., at SM North EDSA or TriNoma. Meet-up fee is 40Php.) 
·        Preferred mode of payment for shipped items (Payments can be done via Chinabank or GCASH deposits)

2. Once we have received your order form, we will check the authenticity of your contact information. Upon checking, we will send you a confirmation text message or email regarding product availability and payment instructions.

3. (For shipped items) Deposit your payment not more than five days upon receipt of our confirmation text message or email. (Please note that if no payment is made within this period, the customer shall be blacklisted and the item will be given to the next customer. Kindly make sure you are serious about making the purchase before ordering.)

4. (For shipped items) Email or text to advise us once you have made your payment.

5. (For shipped items) Your order(s) will be delivered within five days (weekdays and weekends included) upon Shop The CityLifeStylist’s confirmation of your payment.

6. (For shipped items) Once your item(s) have been shipped, your LBC tracking number will be sent to you via text message or email.

Terms and Conditions

1. Once you have emailed your order and the product is available, the item will be considered sold.

2. Items cannot be returned nor exchanged.

3. Shop The CityLifeStylist will not be liable for any losses in the transfer of payment.
